Your feedback will help NHS England to improve services for everyone. The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the services that provide your care and treatment. If you would like to join the group, please ask for a form at reception or email you recommend our practice to your friends and family? Members will receive regular updates on practice developments and can give us their views and suggestions by email. Members will be kept informed of topical issues, be able to express their views on planned service developments and to raise any issues which are of concern and/or will help to improve the standard of care offered by the practice. We are pleased to have a “virtual” Patient Participation Group and encourage interested patients to join. You will then be booked in for a face to face appointment if needed. Please ring the surgery if you wish to be seen, a GP will call you back from a withheld number either that morning or afternoon for triage. If you are at home self-isolating due to Covid-19 symptoms, please arrange for a family member, friend or neighbour who do not have symptoms to collect your medications on your behalf.įollowing Public Health Guidance please note we are no longer offer face to face appointments without patients being triaged first. Therefore, please order medication as normal, bearing in mind the timescale guide above.

Please do not request multiple months of medications or prescriptions, there is no need to stockpile medication as this will cause stock issues and shortages. Please give us at least 48 hours advanced notice when requesting a prescription or your medication. (For more coronavirus updates please see the COVID-19 updates at the bottom of this page) We are receiving high volume of requests for HGV medical examinations, If you require a HGV medical examination, please note that at the current time we require at least 4 weeks notice in order to arrange an appointment, we apologise for the delay, witch is due to high levels of demand for services. We welcome your feedback – please fill out a Friends and Family Test on the website.
